OmniForge is the whole PDF workshop in one Windows program. Open a document once and every tool works on that same live session: reorder and rotate pages, merge other files in, split pieces out, highlight and comment, fill and sign, author real form fields, permanently redact sensitive text, convert to and from other formats, shrink the file, and run OCR over scans. Because it is one pipeline rather than ten separate apps, one undo history covers everything you did, and you can save a sequence of steps as a reusable recipe and replay it across an entire folder. Everything happens on your own machine — your documents are never uploaded anywhere.
What it does
Organise pages: reorder, rotate, delete, duplicate and insert blanks by drag and drop
Merge PDFs and images into one file, or split by ranges, bookmarks, size or blank-page separators
Annotate with highlights, notes, ink, shapes and stamps, then save as real annotations or flatten them
Fill and sign forms, author new AcroForm fields, and apply PKCS#7 digital signatures with in-app verification
Permanently redact text — content is destroyed, not just covered — plus a full metadata and JavaScript sanitize pass
Convert images, Office files, text, Markdown and HTML to PDF, and PDF back out to Word, images or text
Compress with smart image re-encoding, lossless cleanup, or rasterize to a target file size
OCR scanned pages in seven bundled languages and export a searchable PDF
Save any sequence of steps as a recipe and batch-replay it across a whole folder
Windows installer (.exe) — installs in a couple of clicks, no extra runtimes needed
