The moment PayPal confirms your payment you're taken to a thank-you page with download buttons for everything you bought. PayPal also emails you a receipt with your order ID. If anything goes wrong — browser closed too soon, download didn't start — email louritaandme@gmail.com with your order ID and we'll send the files directly.
Checklists, to-do lists, guides, and workbooks are editable Word documents (.docx) that also open in the free Google Docs. Budget trackers are Excel spreadsheets (.xlsx) that also open in the free Google Sheets. Packs and bundles arrive as a single ZIP, organized into folders. The desktop apps arrive as a Windows installer (.exe) — a couple of them as a ZIP holding the installer plus an extra piece, and ShareForge as an Android .apk.
Neither. Every app runs entirely on your own computer — there is no account to create, no subscription, and nothing you open is uploaded anywhere. You pay once and the app is yours, including future 1.x updates. The only exceptions are Talkeon and Prism, which are clients for AI services: they need your own API key and an internet connection to reach those providers, and you pay the provider directly rather than paying us a markup.
Almost every app has a free tier that stays free forever plus a 14-day trial of the full feature set, so you can find out whether it fits your work before spending anything. The Licence line on each product page spells out exactly where the line sits for that app. Data-safety features — autosave, backups, restoring a backup, and unlocking a vault you already created — are never locked behind a key, so you can never be shut out of your own files.
Yes. The installers are not code-signed yet, and Windows SmartScreen shows “Windows protected your PC” for any unsigned installer it has not seen many times before — it is a warning about the certificate, not about the file. Click More info, then Run anyway. Code signing is on the roadmap.
Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit. They are not available for macOS or Linux. ShareForge is the one exception — it is an Android app for Android 8.0 and later, installed by sideloading the included .apk.
Both. Every file is fully editable — retype, reorder, add rows, change anything — and formatted for standard 8.5×11 printing. That's the difference from the flat PDF printables you'll find elsewhere: these are living documents you can make your own.
Checkout runs through PayPal Business: PayPal balance, Venmo, Pay Later, or any debit/credit card. You don't need a PayPal account to pay by card, and no card details ever touch this site.
Simple: if a purchase isn't what you expected, email louritaandme@gmail.com with your order ID within 7 days and you'll get a full refund. Details on the refund policy page.
