ClipForge remembers everything you copy: plain text, rich text, PNG images and copied files and folders, de-duplicated so re-copying something just moves it to the top. Find any of it with live substring and multi-token search with match highlighting, filtered by type, and pin the clips you keep needing so they stay at the top and never get pruned. Paste-back is the part that makes it feel native — pick a clip and it writes to the clipboard, returns focus to the app you came from and sends Ctrl+V for you. Snippets store boilerplate with {date}, {time} and {clipboard} placeholders. Privacy is treated seriously: it detects password-like strings, Luhn-valid card numbers and common secret patterns and can skip or auto-expire them, you can exclude specific applications entirely, pause capture from the tray, clear on exit, or wipe everything in one click.
